MyLandPros helps clients find and book landscaping professionals. We provide scheduling and profile tools, but service quality, pricing, and service delivery are set by each independent provider.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

3. Plans, Trials, and Billing

• Business/Crew plans and Professional Pro plans may include free trial periods.
• If a paid plan begins, you authorize charges based on your selected subscription.
• You can cancel according to the cancellation options shown in your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes fraud, impersonation, abusive behavior, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates applicable law.

5. Third-Party Payments and Services

Some providers may accept payments directly through third-party apps or methods. MyLandPros is not responsible for third-party payment disputes, outages, or policy changes.

6. Reviews and Content

You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews, photos, and profile details. Content must be lawful, truthful, and non-infringing. We may remove content that violates these terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyLandPros disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
